Graduate Education at ACE

Advanced education advances careers. In many fields, graduate-level education is required to move up or get ahead. We can equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills quickly and affordably, whether it鈥檚 in the form of a short micro-credential or comprehensive master鈥檚 degree.

Micro-credential

In addition聽to ACE鈥檚聽general admission requirements, below are the admission requirements for our graduate-level micro-credential programs:

Official transcript showing completion of聽a bachelor鈥檚 degree or highest post-baccalaureate degree earned from an accredited institution聽
Minimum聽GPA of 2.5聽on a 4.0 scale for full admission聽

Certificate

In addition to ACE鈥檚聽general admission requirements, below are the admission requirements for our聽non-licensure聽graduate-level聽certificate聽programs:

Official transcript showing completion of a bachelor鈥檚 degree or highest post-baccalaureate degree earned from an accredited institution聽
Minimum聽GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale for full admission聽
Minimum聽GPA of 2.0聽on a 4.0 scale for聽provisional聽admission

Below are the admission requirements for our graduate-level certificate programs聽leading to聽initial聽teaching licensure:聽

Official transcript showing completion of a bachelor鈥檚 degree聽from an accredited institution聽
At least one of the following:聽
- Minimum聽GPA of聽3.0聽on a 4.0 scale聽
- Minimum聽GPA of 2.5 and at least five years of documented professional experience in education聽
- Proof of passing Indiana state-approved content area examination in Mild Intervention聽
Pass a criminal background check from Safe Hiring Solutions聽
Acknowledgement of field-based experiences and classroom access聽
Additional聽documentation聽as needed based on subject area聽

We also offer graduate-level certificate programs approved聽for principal licensure in聽certain聽states.聽Admission requirements聽vary by聽program聽and details can be found on each program鈥檚 page.

Master’s Degree

In addition to ACE鈥檚聽general admission requirements, below are the admission requirements for our non-licensure聽master鈥檚聽degree聽programs:聽

Official transcript showing completion of a bachelor鈥檚 degree or highest post-baccalaureate degree earned from an accredited institution聽
Minimum聽GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale for full admission聽
Minimum聽GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale for provisional admission聽

Below聽are the admission requirements for our聽master鈥檚 degree聽programs leading to聽initial聽teaching licensure:

Official transcript showing completion of a bachelor鈥檚 degree from an accredited institution聽
At least one of the following:聽
Minimum聽GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale聽
Minimum聽GPA of 2.5 and at least five years of documented professional experience in education聽
Proof of passing聽state-approved content area assessment in the subject area聽
Pass a criminal background check from Safe Hiring Solutions聽
Acknowledgement of field-based experiences and classroom access聽
Additional聽documentation as needed based on subject area聽

Below are the admission requirements for聽our MSN degree programs:聽

RN to MSN聽
- Official transcript showing completion of an associate degree, diploma in nursing or 90 undergraduate credits from an accredited institution聽
- Minimum聽GPA of聽2.5聽on a 4.0 scale for full admission聽
- Minimum聽GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale for provisional admission聽
- Documentation of an active, unencumbered RN license聽
- Acknowledgement of the requirement to have a clinical/practicum setting to complete the program聽
- Additional聽state-required documentation, as needed聽
BSN to MSN聽
- Official transcript showing completion of聽a bachelor鈥檚 degree in nursing from an accredited institution聽
- Minimum聽GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale for full admission聽
- Minimum聽GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale for provisional admission聽
- Documentation of an active, unencumbered RN license聽
- Acknowledgement of the requirement to have a clinical/practicum setting to complete the program聽
- Additional聽state-required documentation, as needed聽
